Return/Exchange Policy

Be pleased with your purchase or we’ll take it back! No re-stocking fees apply to items returned within 60 days of purchase. All returns and exchanges must be sent back in re-sellable or store bought condition within its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any return or exchange that doesn’t comply with this policy. *Shipping charges are non-refundable on any returned items.

***Wholesale items are decorated on demand and therefore not eligible for returns or exchanges. We will honor returns only if it is determined there is a manufacturer’s defect.

For Returns:

Call Customer Service for a return authorization # to place on the outside of the package for faster processing of your credit. Place the merchandise securely in a box with your original packing list, then send the package back to us via insured mail with delivery confirmation to the address below. All merchandise purchased with a promotional discount will be refunded for the price paid. Please allow 1-2 business days from the day we receive your package for your account to be credited.

For Exchanges:

Call Customer Service to set up the exchange. We will provide a pre-paid label via email for you to return your item with your return authorization # included. If your exchange is for the same monetary value, you can choose to do an even or rapid exchange.

  • Even Exchange: Your new item will ship when your first purchase is received in our warehouse. No money is exchanged.
  • Rapid Exchange: You pay for your new item to ship immediately. Then you are credited back when your first purchased is received back in our warehouse.

Shoe Exchange Conditions

  • Shoes must be in store bought condition.
    (To avoid marking, please try shoes on in a carpeted area while wearing athletic socks.)
  • Include all materials originally provided with the purchase (i.e. shoe box)
  • Do not use the shoe box as the shipping carton.

Merchandise Return Conditions

  • Item(s) must be in store bought condition.
  • Item(s) must be in store bought condition.
  • Marked, worn, used, or soiled merchandise is non-refundable.
  • Undergarments and mouthguards are non-refundable.
  • Include all materials originally provided with the purchase.
  • Custom clothing or decorated products are non-returnable and non-refundable
  • Gifts with purchase are not eligible for returns for credit or exchange

Incorrect Shipments

If you receive an incorrect shipment, please notify us within 3 days so we can make it right immediately. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label via email to return the product.
