What is your return policy?
We’ll gladly accept returns within 90 days. Items must be in store bought condition with original packaging and not used or worn. We recommend that you try on shoes with clean socks on a carpeted area to determine if they fit correctly. Just call customer service at 833-461-3745 (Toll-free) for a return authorization number before sending your item back. You are responsible for shipping if it is not an exchange.
Do you offer free exchanges?
Yes! We will cover shipping both ways on exchanges within 90 days. Just call customer service at 833-461-3745 (Toll-free) to set up the exchange. We will email you a return label.
What if my items were shipped incorrectly?
If you receive an incorrect shipment, please notify us within 3 days so it may be corrected immediately. Items must be returned in store bought condition with original packaging and not used or worn.
Can I return custom clothing?
If we have made an error in decorating your apparel, then we will certainly correct it. However, all other custom clothing or decorated items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship Fedex to Canada for a flat rate of $34.95. Other international shipping is COMING SOON!
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
We ship both standard ground via USPS or FedEx 2-3 Day Express to both Alaska and Hawaii.
Do you ship to a PO Box or APO Address?
PO Box and APO shipments must ship via USPS Priority Mail, therefore they are excluded from any free shipping promotions.
Do you accept school purchase orders?
Yes. We require a physical copy of your school purchase order with a valid PO number and signature to be emailed, faxed, or mailed to customer service.
